Beautiful 500 sq foot spacious, private studio apartment on the bus line and 6 minute drive to Winter Park Resort. Conveniently located just minutes from downtown Winter Park and Fraser. Right around the corner from Fraser tubing hill! Views of Byers Peak and continental Divide! This unit is locked off from main house with a separate entrance. Only shared space is a hallway between house and apartment. Unit has private full bath, King size bed, pull out sofa,dining table and coffee bar.
Good to know
Perfect Mountain stay! This space is perfect for a couples getaway or small family. NOT 420 FRIENDLY. NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUT. THERE IS NOT A FULL KITCHEN OR WASHER AND DRYER but do have a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. We have some games and even though it's a studio it is quite spacious with a nice sitting area and dining table. Very comfortable king bed and pull out queen sleeper sofa. At this time, there are some small windows (still very private) with no window coverings so if you are looking to sleep till noon, might want to book somewhere else. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and starter Keurig pods. There is a separate entrance but we do share a hallway between garage and main house. Main house and apartment are both locked off and private. Hallway has a hall tree with generous storage for coats, hats, boots, backpacks, etc. but we ask that you do not bring skis and snowboards in the house. For summertime, our home does not have AC, not very common here since most nights are very cool. Open the windows, turn on the fan and enjoy the cool, mountain breezes!

Grand Park is a wonderful neighborhood on the edge of Winter Park. Our house is right next to the biking/walking path that goes directly into town. Only 45 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park! Easy access to tons of hiking, mountain biking, lakes, rivers, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, etc. Please check Lyft app for current bus schedule. We have a stop a block away from house. Minutes to world class skiing.
